I am a marketing and growth strategist whose work sits at the intersection of customer insight, brand strategy, analytics, and execution. Across consulting, Fortune 500, entrepreneurial, and public-sector environments, I have helped organizations translate complex markets, customer behavior, and business priorities into clearer strategies, stronger operating models, and measurable commercial results. My experience spans loyalty, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, customer experience, segmentation, brand positioning, marketing transformation, and cross-functional leadership.
I have built marketing capabilities from the ground up across multiple organizations, advised senior leaders on investment and growth decisions, and led teams through ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives. My work often focuses on a practical question: how can organizations turn insight into action? Whether working on customer segmentation, brand repositioning, operating models, or marketing performance, I bring a structured but pragmatic approach to helping teams make better decisions and execute with greater clarity.
My background includes leadership roles at Comcast NBCUniversal and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, as well as consulting for both Fortune 1000 and SMB clients. I have worked across hospitality, travel, retail, gaming, financial services, B2B services, media and entertainment, and multi-location consumer environments, with a particular interest in how customer value, brand trust, and organizational systems shape growth.
I hold a dual MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and
Alliance Manchester Business School (UK), where I earned the Dean’s Award for Achievement. I am also a
summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and earned a second bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing from Thomas Edison State University, graduating with highest honors. I am currently pursuing graduate work in organizational communication and applied AI/ML at New Mexico State University, reflecting my interest in the ways data, technology, organizational behavior, and strategy intersect.

My perspective is grounded in the belief that good strategy is not just about having better ideas. It is about building the systems, narratives, incentives, and operating rhythms that allow organizations to act on them.
